Robbert-Jan, “RJ”, specializes in resolving complex commercial international disputes and collective actions. Before joining Milberg, he worked as a clerk in the commercial law section of the Amsterdam District Court, he joined the legal team of ASICS’ European headquarters and was part of the litigation department of Baker McKenzie.
Robbert-Jan has registered general civil law (algemene praktijk, burgerlijk recht) as principal legal practice areas in the Netherlands Bar’s register of legal practice areas (rechtsgebiedenregister). RJ is the Managing Partner of Milberg Amsterdam where he focuses on environmental, PFAS and vehicle emissions cases.
