To ensure your experience at Mass Torts Puerto Rico is an enjoyable one, we are prepared to do our best to cater to any dietary restrictions you may have. Only valet parking is available at the Condado Vanderbilt Hotel. It is a daily rate and you can enter and exit as many times as needed. Parking not included with your ticket.

Cancellations received on or before March 3, 2026, will incur a 10% administrative fee. Cancellations submitted between March 4, 2026, and April 7, 2026, will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. After April 7, 2026, no refunds will be issued for any reason. Registrations, however, may be transferred to another eligible participant within the same organization at any time prior to the event.

All cancellation or substitution requests must be submitted in writing to info@masstortspuertorico.com by the applicable deadlines. Refunds will be processed to the original form of payment within 14 business days.

Please note that non-payment or failure to attend the event does not constitute a valid cancellation. Likewise, failure to receive a confirmation email before the event does not justify a refund request. Because attendance commitments are confirmed with our venues and partners after the deadlines, no exceptions can be made once those dates have passed.

Mass Torts Puerto Rico (MTPR) reserves the right to postpone, reschedule, or cancel the event in the event of unforeseen circumstances. Should this occur, full registration refunds will be issued. However, MTPR will not be responsible for additional costs incurred by attendees, such as airfare, transportation, or hotel penalties.

Please also note that room rates are only guaranteed during the official conference room block period; rates outside those dates are subject to hotel availability and may vary.

If unforeseen circumstances require cancellation or modification of the event, Mass Torts Puerto Rico cannot be held responsible for travel, lodging, or other related expenses, and room rates cannot be guaranteed outside the official room block period.

You may be able to earn 9+ CLE credits (including ethics credits) by attending the various substantive sessions at Mass Torts Puerto Rico. As we are still working to organize the specific programs, this number may change. We will keep you informed as we learn more about this.

Although we will do our best to obtain CLE credits for our programs, whether a particular state or territory approves our program for CLE credit is entirely within the discretion of the jurisdiction and is beyond our control. Moreover, the amount of credits granted by each jurisdiction for any particular program may vary depending on that state’s CLE rules.

You sure can, so long as you are licensed to practice law in that state or territory. But as noted above, the number of credits may vary from one jurisdiction to another.

The actual credit granted by each state may be different, and depends on that particular state’s CLE rules. Whether a state approves the program for CLE credit is not within the control of Mass Torts Puerto Rico. If you have a question or concern about how many CLE credits you may earn, please contact cle@masstortspuertorico.com.

Attorneys in the following states have sign-in requirements in order to obtain CLE credits:

  • California – one-time sign in with bar number
  • New Jersey – daily sign-in with bar number
  • Ohio – daily sign-in with bar number and CLE hours
  • Virginia – daily sign-in with bar number

For all attendees, Mass Torts Puerto Rico will handle all CLE processing for you, including obtaining a Certificate of Attendance, which we will provide to you by email.

PLEASE NOTE: If you do not include your jurisdiction AND bar number on the MTPR CLE Attendance Form, you will not be guaranteed CLE credit. Rather, it will be within A4D Events’s sole discretion whether to provide you with CLE credit.

For jurisdictions that require self-reporting, we will provide you with the proper documentation for you to submit on your own. Don’t worry – we’ll take care of you!

For additional questions about CLE for this program, please contact cle@masstortspuertorico.com

We totally understand that sometimes things come up. Should that happen, we would be more than happy to transfer your ticket to someone else who works for the same law firm (or company). MTPR reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse entry or remove any individual whose conduct is disruptive, inappropriate, or inconsistent with the professional and collaborative nature of the event.
